Timed exercise combos designed to challenge your entire body! This easy-to-follow format brings back the basics with a boost in intensity! Tabatas are great for both your cardio and as a method to target major muscle groups! Enjoy this as a bodyweight only workout or add medium to heavy weights and loop bands to add more intensity! (Each timed Tabata is 20 secs of work, 10 secs rest a total of 8 times)

Weights are optional, all exercises can be performed using body weight only for beginners, or household items for those without access to weights to increase strength.
