2024 Harvard Pilgrim Stride (HMO) Product Training & Certification

Point32Health, parent company Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care will be conducting Medicare Advantage Product Certification and Training for 2024 in person, virtually or independently through Brainshark.  To make it easier for brokers that sell Point32Health Medicare Products, we will be offering the following:

  1. Combined Massachusetts and New Hampshire trainings that will cover both states (in person and virtual only)
  2. Massachusetts only (in person, virtual and Brainshark)
  3. New Hampshire only (in person, virtual and Brainshark)
    • You only need to attend 1 training session from the schedule below to be certified to sell in the state/s you do business. For example, if you attend a training session that is combined and you are licensed to sell in both states, you will be certified to sell in both states at the completion of the training. If you attend a stand alone MA or NH training you will be certified to sell only in that state at the completion of the training.

Requirements to become Ready to Sell

  1. Pass the 2024 Product Certification and Training with a score of 85% or more (Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire)
  2. Complete the 2024 AHIP Medicare + Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training

Online Independent Training through Brainshark

  • Brainshark link will be available on 8/15/2023. Link will be available in the broker portal under Training. We will send an email announcement when it is available.

 Medicare Supplement

  • Existing Brokers: You do NOT need to recertify. Our Broker website will be updated by mid-November with 2023 pricing information.
  • New Brokers: Once contracting is done, online training &certification must be completed before selling any policies. Please email medicarebrokersupport@point32health.org, for information.
