With MyConnect, your Member Advocate team is your direct connection with Harvard Pilgrim. Whether you have questions about benefits, need help finding care, or you’re trying to meet your healthy lifestyle goals, you’ll have one-on-one support, so the focus is always on your needs.

Connect to your Member Advocate team, who can:

  • Explain your BILH plan options during Open Enrollment, so you can choose the plan that best suits you and your family
  • Find BILH primary care providers (PCPs) and specialists for you and schedule an appointment
  • Answer questions about coverage and claims
  • Find behavioral health services
  • Prepare for medical appointments by checking the status of a pre-authorization or referral, and coordinate your care
  • Connect you with our clinical care team of nurses, social workers, pharmacists and care coordinators

Use the free MyConnect app to:

  • Message your Member Advocate team at your convenience
  • Set medication and appointment reminders, so you’re always on top of your health
  • Track your progress toward your personal health goals
  • Get alerts for upcoming or overdue preventive screenings and tests, as well as flu shot reminders
  • View articles, videos, and other health and wellness resources
  • And more!

Get Started

 

 

1. Download the free MyConnect mobile app to your smartphone or tablet.
2. Once the app is downloaded, tap “Sign up.”
3. Enter the access code: hapiconnect. You will also need to enter other information, such as your date of birth and member ID number.
4. Complete your profile and say hello to your Member Advocate team!

Apple device users:
Make sure you enable push notifications so you can receive alerts about messages and reminders from your MyConnect team.
