Coming July 1: BILH Living Well Portal Will Transition to WebMD ONE
The BILH Living Well portal (your online Wellness Account) will be transitioning from Limeade to WebMD ONE starting July 1. There is no change to the BILH Living Well program structure and associated rewards, but your Wellness Account will have a new and improved look and feel.
Steps You’ll Need to Take Starting July 1
- Log in from a web browser: The first time you access your Wellness Account beginning July 1, you should log in via a web browser (and not the Limeade app) using the same user ID and password that you use today. You’ll be asked to verify your email address and answer a couple of questions to help personalize your experience in the new platform. Then you’re in!
- Explore the new home page: Any points you’ve earned this year will automatically be carried over to the new platform and will appear on the home page. And, you’ll automatically earn 150 points just for logging in to the new platform for the first time!
- Get WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app. Look for the “Download the App” tile on your home page for instructions on downloading the Wellness At Your Side app (which is replacing the Limeade app) and connecting your account. Important: You must complete Step 1 above before you can begin using this app.
Look for more details throughout June on this page and in your Wellness Account, so you’ll have the guidance you need to access your account starting July 1.
