Have You Registered on the New Wellness Portal?

The BILH Living Well portal (your online Wellness Account) transitioned to the WebMD ONE platform on July 1. You can no longer access your account through Limeade.

If you haven’t logged in to your Wellness Account since July 1, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in from a web browser: Use the same user ID and password that you’ve been using all year. You’ll be asked to verify your email address and answer a couple of questions to help personalize your experience in the new platform. Then you’re in! Any points you’ve earned this year will automatically will appear on the home page. And, you’ll automatically earn 150 points just for logging in for the first time!
  2. Get WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app. After you complete Step 1, download the Wellness At Your Side app to access your Wellness Account on your mobile device. You no longer need the Limeade app. See the Setting Up Your Account section below.

Setting up your Wellness Account

 

1. Create your Wellness Account

Are you a Harvard Pilgrim member enrolled in a BILH medical plan?

Yes

  • If have an existing Harvard Pilgrim online account, use your existing username and password to log in to your Wellness Account. (Don’t remember your credentials? Click “Forgot member username” or “Forgot member password”)
  • If you don’t have a Harvard Pilgrim online account set up, click “Create Member Account”

No

  • Click “Guest login” then “Create guest account” and use program code: C00561
  • Activation of your guest account may take up to 24 hours

2. Download the Wellness At Your Side app

WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app lets you access your Wellness Account on your smartphone. After you create your Wellness Account (step 1 above):

  • Download the Wellness At Your Side app on the Apple App or Google Play stores
  • Open the Wellness At Your Side app and enter the mobile program code lwportal
  • Log in with the username and password you set up for your member or guest account
