Beth Israel Lahey Health and Harvard Pilgrim are partnering again this year to bring you BILH Living Well, a customized well-being program that gives you the resources and motivation you need to get and stay healthy: It’s available at no cost to BILH employees and their spouses, and you don’t need to be enrolled in a BILH medical plan to participate!
Earn points for completing preventive care visits and screenings with your providers, as well as wellness activities, such as physical activity, healthy eating, mindfulness, and more. You’ll track everything through your online Wellness Account. Once you’ve earned at least 2,500 points, you’ll start earning rewards!
Level 1 – Expert (2,500 points) — $50 gift card
Level 2 – Expert (5,000 points) — $100 gift card
If you participated last year, just use the same username and password to log in to your account.

Complete the Wellness Assessment
500 points
This confidential assessment takes about 10 minutes to complete and will help personalize your experience within your Wellness Account and guide you along your well-being journey this year. Important: This activity is required before you can earn points.
Preventive Care Activities
250 points per activity – up to 1,000 points in 2025
Complete up to four preventive care visits and screenings with your providers, such as a checkup with your PCP, dental or eye care visit, behavioral screening, mammogram, colonoscopy, and vaccinations (like a flu or COVID shot). Chances are, you’re already doing these things, so why not get rewarded?

Setting up your Wellness Account
1. Create your Wellness Account
Are you a Harvard Pilgrim member enrolled in a BILH medical plan?
Yes
- If have an existing Harvard Pilgrim online account, use your existing username and password to log in to your Wellness Account. (Don’t remember your credentials? Click “Forgot member username” or “Forgot member password”)
- If you don’t have a Harvard Pilgrim online account set up, click “Create Member Account”
No
- Click “Guest login” then “Create guest account” and use program code: C00561
- Activation of your guest account may take up to 24 hours
2. Download the Wellness At Your Side app
WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app lets you access your Wellness Account on your smartphone. After you create your Wellness Account (step 1 above):
- Download the Wellness At Your Side app on the Apple App or Google Play stores
- Open the Wellness At Your Side app and enter the mobile program code lwportal
- Log in with the username and password you set up for your member or guest account
