After four months of Harvard Pilgrim membership, you can complete the Wellness and/or Weight Management Reimbursement Form online (recommended)

Health savings accounts

Cape Cod Healthcare offers a Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) to certain employee groups. The CDHP plan includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) funded by your employer that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses. For eligibility, please check with your Benefits Administrator at Cape Cod Healthcare.
