Important update about receiving care in Connecticut in 2024
Are you a Connecticut resident or do you receive care from a health care provider in Connecticut? We’d like you to be aware of an important change.
Effective January 1, 2024, Harvard Pilgrim’s provider network no longer includes Connecticut providers. If you are on the Explorer POS plan, this change does not impact you, you can still access your Connecticut providers.
What does this mean for you?
Explorer POS members and dependents can still reside in and access care from Connecticut providers through our UnitedHealthcare wrap network. UnitedHealthcare providers are considered in-network on the Explorer POS plan and services will still be covered at the in-network level of benefits.
