Get Started
1. Download the free MyConnect mobile app to your smartphone or tablet.
2. Once the app is downloaded, tap “Sign up.”
3. Enter the access code provided by Harvard Pilgrim. You will also need to enter other information, such as your date of birth and member ID number.
4. Complete your profile and start discovering the app!
Apple device users: Make sure you enable push notifications so you can receive alerts about messages and reminders from your MyConnect team.
