Harvard Pilgrim members may be able to get reimbursed for an in-person childbirth class or Tinyhood’s online program.1, 2 Call Member Services at 888-333-4742 (TTY: 711) or contact your employer to find out if you’re eligible.

You can request reimbursement for the full cost of a childbirth class. If you have coverage through an employer, the amount of reimbursement you’re eligible for may vary.
Depending on your plan, you’ll need to submit the form before the end of the calendar year following the year when you took the childbirth class. For example, if you took a childbirth class in 2024, you’ll need to submit your form by the end of 2025.
If you have coverage through an employer, the deadline for submitting your reimbursement form may be different.
Complete and mail the childbirth class reimbursement form. Please include a copy of your receipt.
It can take up to eight weeks to receive your reimbursement check after you submit your request. We will make the check payable to the plan subscriber and mail it to the address we have on record for them.
