Call Member Services at the number on your Harvard Pilgrim member ID card. If you don’t have your ID card with you, we can help you find the right number to call. Here’s how to contact us. 

Our representatives can help you:

  • Find other hospitals where your providers may have moved
  • Find a new hospital, urgent care facility or provider that participates in our network
  • Get care from out-of-network providers at the in-network benefit level, when necessary
