  • Your ID card will say Premium, Value, Core MA, Core ME, Core NH, Core RI or Value CC.  If it has none of those labels, then you have a Premium plan.
  • The number of dollar or percentage amounts next to Premium, Value, Core MA, Core ME, Core NH or Value CC indicates how many tiers your plan has.
  • This sample card shows a Value 5-Tier prescription drug coverage plan.
