Harvard Pilgrim accessibility standards statement
We want everyone who visits the Harvard Pilgrim member website to feel welcome and to have a rewarding experience. To do that, we’ve redesigned the site to make it more accessible for people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone.
The Harvard Pilgrim member site has been tested using a JAWS screen reader and aims to meet the standards set in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 - Level AA. We plan to continue to monitor our site to make sure it stays accessible, but if you find any problems, please let us know.
Our website links to some external websites and applications that are not accessible to the same standard as the rest of our site. We are actively working to upgrade our partner sites so that they, too, are accessible. We will let you know any time you are leaving our site to visit a partner site that does not meet our accessibility standards.
You can help us improve! We like getting your feedback to help us understand what we’re doing well and what problems we need to fix.
If you find an accessibility problem, please let us know. If you can, tell us the page you were on and what you were trying to do when you came across the issue.
Contact us by email with any issues you have encountered.
The information you are about to access may not meet accessibility standards for people with disabilities, including visual impairment, nor is it optimized for people using tablets or phones. Please bear with us as we work to upgrade this information to the same standards as the rest of our website.
